WASHINGTON – Mohamed Soltan, an American citizen living in Falls Church, VA, was tortured and held prisoner for 22 months under Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi’s rule. President Obama eventually secured his release. Soltan said he was frustrated with President Donald Trump’s decision to meet with el-Sisi this week.

Talk Media News caught up him and other human rights activists Sunday at the Washington Monument.
