WASHINGTON – Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III declined to answer a series of questions when confronted by a reporter following Easter services at a Washington, D.C. church on Sunday, according to a video of the incident.

MSNBC correspondent Mike Viqueira confronted Mueller as the special counsel and his wife, Ann, departed St. John’s Episcopal Church. Mueller was trying to unlock his car when Viqueira began peppering him with questions.

Viqueira asked Mueller if he will agree to requests to testify before before Congress.

“No comment,” Mueller replied.

Viqueira then asked Mueller about his decision not to recommend an indictment against President Donald Trump and Mueller’s decision not to make a determination as to whether Trump obstructed justice.  Viqueira also asked Mueller if Attorney General William Barr accurately summarized the findings of the special counsel’s 448-page report on Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

Mueller did not respond to any of the questions.

The video ends with Mueller in the car turning on the ignition.
